Kiwi Melon Sangria
- 4 Zespri Green Kiwifruits, peeled and sliced
- 1 (750 ml) bottle dry white wine, such as dry Riesling
- 1 cup watermelon, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1 Lime, thinly sliced
- 1½ oz (3 tablespoons) Midori melon liqueur
- ¼ cup sugar
10 minutes (plus 12 hours infusing time)

Combine all ingredients in large pitcher, stirring to crush some of the fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 12 hours to let the flavours marry before serving.
Serve over ice and add fresh fruit.
Use within 4 days.
