Zespri® Green Kiwifruit and Salmon Rolls
- 2 Zespri® Green Kiwifruit
- 200g smoked salmon
- 100g cream cheese
- radish sprout as garnish
- 100g plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 1 tsp horse radish
- 1 tsp dill
- salt and pepper to taste
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Peel Zespri® Green Kiwifruit and cut it into slices lengthwise.
Mix plain yogurt with chopped onion, horse radish and dill in a bowl, season to taste.
Put smoked salmon flat on the plate.
Spread yoghurt sauce.
Place greens, a slice of kiwifruit and some cream cheese on top of the salmon and roll into a neat little bite sized roll.
