Zespri® Green Kiwifruit and Salmon Rolls


  • 2 Zespri® Green Kiwifruit
  • 200g smoked salmon
  • 100g cream cheese
  • radish sprout as garnish
  • 100g plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tsp horse radish
  • 1 tsp dill
  • salt and pepper to taste

Zespri Green Kiwifruit and Salmon Rolls


  1. Peel Zespri® Green Kiwifruit and cut it into slices lengthwise.

  2. Mix plain yogurt with chopped onion, horse radish and dill in a bowl, season to taste.

  3. Put smoked salmon flat on the plate.

  4. Spread yoghurt sauce.

  5. Place greens, a slice of kiwifruit and some cream cheese on top of the salmon and roll into a neat little bite sized roll.
