Zesty Green Salad with Zespri® Kiwifruit

This salad is a delicious combination of tangy beetroots in red wine vinegar, crunchy fresh greens and sweet pops of juiciness from Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit.


  • 1 Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit, Sliced
  • 2 Handfuls of Spinach
  • 5 slices of Vinegared Beetroot
  • 1 Hardboiled Egg


  • Juice from ½ Zespri Green Kiwifruit
  • 2 teaspoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper

Zesty Green Salad with Zespri® Kiwifruit


  1. Mix juice from Zespri® Green Kiwifruit and Extra Virgin Olive Oil till well combined.

  2. Place salad ingredients on a plate and drizzle dressing on it.

  3. Sprinkle with sea salt and cracked black pepper to serve.
